This color is a neutral. The fabric is mottled. Rook is a blend of smoky brown, weathered charcoal, and a deep shadow. Dark markings drift across the fabric like feathers and wingbeats, while earthy undertones soften the darkness and give the color an aged, timeworn quality.
Every piece is hand dyed, and though the same formula and process is replicated with any dying process, each piece is unique. Linen and Aida are cut to a Stitcher's Quarter Yard, approximately 17" x 26" for linen and aida is 18" x 21". Size is approximate due to the the dye process.
